Terms and Conditions
This Terms and Conditions Statement is designed to protect both the seller (Dynamic Dyslexic Reading LLC) and the customer (the purchaser) by establishing the rights and responsibilities of both parties with regards to transactions conducted within the bounds of this website.
Dynamic Dyslexic Reading LLC, which is the owner of this website, www.dynamicdyslexicreading.com and/or www.dydyreading.com, sells the following products through this (these) website(s). Funny Phonograms™ Levels 1-2, Funny Phonograms™ Levels 3-4, Funny Phonograms™ Levels 5-6, Funny Phonograms™ Flashcards, Laughing Letters™, Laughing Letters™ Flashcards, Joyful Journey™, Wacky Words Workbook™, and Phonogram Fun™ Coloring Book.
The seller, Dynamic Dyslexic Reading LLC, agrees to the following provisions.
1. The seller will accept the purchaser's remuneration which is agreed as a total of the following...
a. The full price of the product(s) as noted in the product description.
b. Any state or local taxes associated with the purchase.
c. Any and all shipping charges associated with the purchase.
2. The seller will complete the transaction by mailing (USPS- Media Rate) the product(s) paid for by the customer within 3 business days of completed purchase.
a. An exception to this provision includes when it is expressly stated within the product description in the website of said product, that it is not available until a specified date.
b. The tracking number will be provided if customer expressly requests it by emailing the seller.
3. The customer may cancel the purchase within three hours of the transaction by sending an email to the seller. The seller then agrees to refund all moneys of that specified transaction. (The timeline for this provision is flexible if the product has not yet been shipped by the time the email has been received.)
4. The seller will endeavor to assist the customer in achieving success from the product. The customer will contact the seller through our website or email and the seller will assess the situation and assist the customer by putting them in touch with extra tools or other resources.
5. The seller will endeavor to make the transaction a "win-win" in cases of the seller sending the purchaser the wrong products. The purchaser may choose between the following two actions after providing proof of a wrong product shipment.
a. The seller will issue a refund for the full remuneration paid by the purchaser along with the cost of sending the product back to the seller if the product is returned in resaleable shape. Resalable shape will be accessed by the seller upon receipt of returned product.
b. The seller will issue an exchange along with the cost of sending the product back to the seller upon receiving the returned product in resaleable shape. Again, resalable shape will be accessed by the seller.
* The seller may refuse a refund or exchange (along with the cost of the returned shipping fees) if the returned product is damaged in any manner.
6. The seller will issue a return or refund as specified in provision 5 if the product received by the purchaser is damaged. The purchaser must prove that the damage was not caused by the seller themselves through pictures emailed to the seller. If it is determined that the product was indeed damaged before shipping, or if shipping caused the damage, the purchaser may choose between the two options outlined in provision 5.
The purchaser agrees to the following provisions.
1. The purchaser will pay the seller the full amount of the following through any of the payment options listed on the site's checkout engine. The purchaser's full remuneration is agreed as total of the following...
a. The full price of the product(s) as noted in the product description.
b. Any state or local taxes associated with the purchase.
c. Any and all shipping charges associated with the purchase.
2. The purchaser agrees that the purchased product is the real and copyrighted intellectual property of Dynamic Dyslexic Reading LLC and as such agrees to the following.
a. The purchaser will not resell the product.
b. The purchaser will not reproduce the product for distribution.
c. The purchaser will not use any of the sellers copyrighted material in any manner other than a personal teaching tool. This copyrighted material includes but is not limited to the following...
- The logos and names of the tools
- The pictures included in the books and/or flashcards which includes all Funny Phonograms and Laughing Letters.
- All copy within the workbooks and coloring book
- All pictures not called Funny Phonograms or Laughing Letters
- All games and procedures outlined within the workbooks and coloring book
